1. Acceptance

By using our site or booking services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

Prices are listed per service. Taxes may apply. If dissatisfied, contact us for a re-visit or refund consideration. Refunds are issued at our discretion after a reasonable attempt to remedy the issue.

4. Liability

We operate safely and are insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing yard issues or hidden hazards. You agree to notify us of sprinkler systems, cables, stones, or other buried or obscured items that could be damaged during routine lawn care.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes. Material updates will be highlighted on this page for a reasonable period after publication.

8. Scheduling

We schedule visits in service windows. Actual arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, and job complexity. We will notify you of rescheduling as soon as practicable.

9. Communication

By booking, you consent to receive service-related communications. You may opt out of non-essential messages. Service-critical notifications cannot be opted out while an order is active.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for violations of these terms, unsafe conditions, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. You may cancel future services at any time subject to any disclosed cancellation policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Privacy

We collect and use your information in accordance with our privacy practices. Where applicable, we rely on your consent or other lawful bases to process personal data required to deliver services.

13. Electronic Consent

You agree to transact electronically, receive notices electronically, and sign electronically where supported. Printed copies are provided on request when reasonable.

14. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with any service-specific policies presented at booking, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the services.
